We have great know-how in Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) with Odoo, IT Management Systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Our Business Solutions team is looking for an ERP consultant for the development of the Odoo Smartcamp solution in Switzerland.

In addition to the "tailor-made project mode" solution, Camptocamp offers Odoo Smartcamp, a packaged solution tailored to your needs, aimed at start-ups & VSEs or retailers looking for an online checkout and appointment scheduling system.

Since 2006, Camptocamp has been the first official Odoo "Gold" partner, and is heavily involved in the Odoo community, notably through the Odoo Community Association (OCA), of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

The Business Solutions team is made up of business experts in the main functional areas, as well as skilled developers involved in the community. Your day as an ERP consultant for Odoo Smartcamp

You will be one of the central actors in the implementation of Odoo Smartcamp at our customers in Switzerland :

You will support our customers in the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution.
You collect, analyse and write up our customers' requirements.
You configure the ERP to best meet these needs.
You test functionalities and present them to our customers.
You support and train users.
You're not afraid to question our customers' requests in order to offer them the best solutions.

Your profile

Your essential skills for success in this role

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, Controlling, Accounting (or a degree deemed equivalent).
You have between 3 and 5 years' experience in ERP systems (ideally Odoo), including configuration and deployment.
You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and/or financial business processes (planning, budgeting, and forecasting).
You are a native German / CH-german speaker and speak fluently in English.
You are an excellent communicator and are able to bring people together, lead and structure discussions.
You're organised, rigorous and know how to prioritise.
You are keen to ensure that each project adds significant value for our customers, while keeping their budget in mind.
You enjoy working in a multicultural team. You are a team player, empathetic and committed to the good of the team.
You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.

The icing on the cake

If you are familiar with these things, it will be a big plus:

You're curious, you like to understand how the tool works down to the last detail and test new functions.
You have a good knowledge of industrial production and supply chain processes.
You have a deep understanding of logistics, finance or eCommerce, or you're keen to learn more.
You speak French.
